  老牌酒店了，环境服务都很好，订的是亲子大床房，没想到最後给的房间有两张床，一张1米8大床，一张小朋友的床，属於意外的惊喜了。早餐也是很丰盛的，酒店外部环境很幽静，推荐

  very nice and modern hotel/ the rooms are big and clean, the breakfast is good. the location is a bit far from the center but there is a metro line near the hotel/ the staff do not know english which makes it hard to comunicate

  清明来无锡玩，随便定的凯莱大饭店，性价比挺高的。前台王丽小姐姐热情的帮我们免费升级了房间，酒店停车方便，充电桩充足，房间里面乾净整洁

  订了两天，入住当天反馈客服淋浴顶喷坏了，次日工程来过説没有问题，没有维修。淋浴架脱落。床头壁纸都擦毛了。牙具收纳、电视机、吹风机跟五星肯定不匹配的。衞生参考发霉的刷牙杯和污渍满满的椅子。
