环境：很安静，离开太湖也不想远，一家度假比较合适。环境静谧清幽，远离喧嚣却离太湖不远，既能享受宁静又便於亲近自然，很适合家庭度假。

前台贴心给升级了湖景房 房间景色很好靠着太湖 拈花湾开车15分钟也不管 只是半山腰的房间在顶楼需要先吧车开到半山腰 然後坐电梯後需要自己怕上去 临走的时候还送了小礼物

房间很大很好，环境很优美，但是住一晚，房间的瓶装水只给两瓶，多了就要额外要求付费购买，这点跟其他旅馆饮料畅饮差别大，早餐也没有咖啡，早餐时间9点就结束了，起的晚也没有送早餐服务，跟其他品牌酒店的服务比起来，还需要多多跟进与同步

入房时前台一台电脑坏了，排了很长时间。房间被套有血渍，一间房只供2瓶水，多了不给还要钱。晚上吃酒店餐厅，里面基本全是预制菜，无锡小笼就是冷冻食品蒸一下，鱼也不新鲜，很多菜单里的菜自説自话换掉，回锅肉里的咸肉太咸

进去就看到蜘蛛了 还有网 还有毛发 衞生间杯子上还有短弯毛 虽然价格不贵200多点 但是衞生 和服务就那样和前台説了 没房间换 清理一下就是没蜘蛛了 被套弄乾净了 别的地方也什麽都没搞啊 最基本的 毛发垃圾蜘蛛网不能有吧
