酒店环境很好，旁边是一个公园，房间很大，干净卫生。晚上回酒店时正好赶上停电，电梯不能用，带着沉重的行李爬上9楼，体验不太好。

订了房间，天气原因无法抵达，不退订，不退款，打电话拒接，不会再去第二次，服务太差。
还好买了保险，酒店服务真渣，尤其是酒店的黄经理！前台都说可以退，到这个黄经理这就不能退！做人真够可以的……
