前台非常不专业，不像受过专业培训的样子，好随便。问哪里有好的汉餐吃，前台小妹刚开始还有点耐心解答，直至说到让我们到美食街去时，旁边一位貌似是总管的中年女性立即蛮横的说 不要问了，就我们前面的那间店是最好的，全乌苏最好。 哈哈，走进电梯看到都是那间店的广告，大姐，您是有股份吧？住的环境啊，招待所水平呗

很棒很棒的一个宾馆，房间设施不错，淋浴超棒，服务热情，宾馆位于新城区，停车场大，旁边就是公园，有湖有音乐喷泉，比起来住到奎屯市里面的宾馆要好多了，推荐给朋友！

整体来说还可以。在乌苏应该算不错的了。床单毛巾都挺新的，可惜地面不是很干净。洗漱用品质量一般。
