房间花洒水温老是会忽冷忽热的，早上去吃早饭，8点钟，服务员都不上菜了，没个盘子里基本都没什麽，想吃点炒饭都没有，这才八点，服务员有空在那聊天，没准备上菜

非常差，安排了早餐房边上的房间，五点钟的时候，早餐房就把後门打开，完全不顾还在睡觉的客人，摔打碗碟，与酒店前台沟通，态度冷漠，无道歉，没有任何解决方案，大家挑选酒店的时候注意避坑

出差因为离客户公司近选择这家酒店，一共住四晚，换了四次房间，第一次换房是因为同事临时有事先回去双床换大床房，从五楼换到十楼，这个房间冲水马桶水压很低，马桶都冲不乾净，洗澡时发现只有热水，冷水很小实在是不方便於是我要求换到七楼，下午出去办事晚上8点回来发现桌上烟灰缸里有几个烟头，我打总枱电话打不通，一直暂线，放下东西到前台，前台开始查监控，差不多搞一个小时没有查出来，服务员又给我换了一间房，説晚点给我答覆，到十点説还再查，由於第二天有工作，我要求第二天早上给我答覆结果，不管什麽原因，等第二天换了一波工作人员上班，他们问的话好像烟是我抽的，要麽是前一批客户抽的没有清理乾净，我问怎麽处理，他説，你要是不相信没有人进去过就只有报警，我早上赶着出去办事就先走了，回来我就退房了

房间挺大，环境也挺不错的，扣的服务分是为什麽呢，因为前台两个小姑娘一直在吵架。。。另外早餐时候还有不少人在吃，但是什麽都没了，只有麪条，麪条和清水面差不多连盐味都没有
