Old hotel with poor service. Nobody speaks English, in reception either. The breakfast is poor, low quality food, even the rice is badly cooked. The beds are uncomfortable.
The only positive point is the location.

The originally planned mountain-view king bed room didn't have the air conditioning I desired, so Sister Shiqi from the front desk kindly arranged a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room after appealing to the leadership. The view was stunning, and the room's lighting and amenities exceeded my expectations. My stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I'm already looking forward to returning. I'm deeply grateful to Sister Shiqi for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and professionalism throughout the process.
