二楼中餐厅服务员综合素质比较低，点完单后，一个菜遗漏未点，另点的一个羊排一个小时也没上，还和客人纠结时间，如果是要等很久时间，为什么点单的时候又不说。到最后客人吃完所有菜，只在吃光白米饭，都气饱了，这就是五星级素质，无语！
