临时出差，深夜入住，就冲借我充电器还是可可爱爱的机器人给我送上来的就值得五星好评，早餐也很好吃，煮馄饨的厨师很热情，谢谢他。也谢谢替我起不来的同事打包早餐的小姐姐，虽然房间含早，但当时已经过了时间，而且很多酒店是不会愿意打包的。

每次来温州出差都会住，酒店比较老了，最近好像部分翻新了一下，总体来说还是不错的，住着很舒服，另外，行政酒廊餐食还不错～

这个价格和这个服务不匹配。第一，莫名接到电话，询问我为什么没有入住，最后发现是酒店把日期搞错了，然后问了到达时间之类的关怀，算是补偿，也是大酒店的做派，可是同样的关怀多次那是不是酒店的管理系统有问题呢？
第二，入住时问了此事，酒店前台的态度感觉有点冷漠
第三，总体感觉酒店的服务意识不是很强
硬件，酒店的位置都还是顶呱呱的，服务还是欠缺的
