酒店服务很好，晚上比较迟的时候到的，免费升级成了套房，第二天走的急，把4万多的表落在酒店了，联系酒店后，用快递寄给我了，超赞，下次还选。

下午四点到的，告知行政楼层无烟房卫生没做好，有点意外，后来安排在19楼，还是楼梯口的房间，本人最讨厌的就是这种，还住了三天。好在客房服务很好，弥补点不满。希望以后入住能有改善！

商务房间升级了套房，房间安静整洁，退房时间也延迟到四点，服务态度非常好，唯一有点欠缺的是行政酒廊比较小品种少关闭早，虽然装修不算新了，但总体评价来说，位于市中心进出方便安全性高，品牌酒店的高性价比总是让人最安心的了。
