While the hotel meets basic Chinese hospitality standards, it may fall short of European expectations in certain areas. The lack of air conditioning during my stay was a notable inconvenience, particularly with an outdoor temperature of 24°C (75°F). Additionally, the absence of routine vacuuming and the unwelcome presence of a cockroach in the room detracted from the overall comfort.
On a positive note, I appreciated the well-maintained gym facilities, which added value to my stay. The staff also deserves recognition for their genuine efforts to accommodate guests and resolve issues promptly. With minor adjustments to housekeeping and amenities, this hotel could significantly elevate its guest experience.

The best location for visit wenzhou.just two minutes walking to the famous walking street five horses. Can't imagine twenty years ago it's one of the best hotel in city,and now it's little bit older even have renewed inside.The room size is okay and it's quiet enough also .The breakfast is big surprise have so have Local typical food and it's so delicious better than most restaurant outside,and the manager so helpful also you can enjoy the 360city view at 25 floors definitely be highlights of our stay. The ground floor have many shops occupied the entrance it take make inconvenience when you want back or out the hotel .
