  管家服务到位，有需求响应也很快！遇到一个好的管家住酒店会轻松很多。 只是也有一些认为可以提高的地方：1，大堂对开车过来的客人的接待跟引导基本没有什么服务意识.2，1月2日那天拉了很多农用机器，可能是搞展览什么的，然后还是就一个保安在门口，不论是安全监督，客人引导都很欠缺。3，1月3日终于出太阳了呢，草坪把logo标志字母给拆了.来万宁住威斯汀不就是玩酒店嘛，你这前面海滩把标志性的特点给抹去了，后面大堂下面一大排农用机器。就很迷惑。

  地理位置，服务，早餐，沙滩，草坪，都很好。沙滩沙很细，沿着海岸线一直走很惬意。虽然人很多客流量大，早餐安排的井井有条的，体验很好。值得推荐

  Mile管家小姐姐接待热情，服务周到，很温馨。房间设施不错??乾净。酒店环境优美，海岸线长，沙滩也很乾净，是个休闲度假的好地方。

  在石梅湾两天住了一晚艾美一晚威斯汀，威斯汀的草坪很出片，沙滩相对来説比较狭长有点坡度，但躺椅蛮舒服的。室内恒温泳池非常nice，温度很暖，50米标准池。 管家小姐姐mile服务贴心及时，帮忙预约送站，还送了水果和蛋糕，提供了超出预期的服务体验，重点表扬！

  这个酒店真的蛮舒服的，早餐非常丰富，入住的时候还有水果和蛋糕，这个季节去也不是很热，提前和爸妈来个年前旅行，舒服
