每次到万宁都要住这家维也纳，他家的床睡的很舒服每次都要睡到早上9点多。小插曲:不小心钱包弄丢了，没想到前台主动给我打电话告知我，去拿的时候还放在保险柜里面好好的，太惊喜了四四四非常非常惊喜。为工作人员的拾金不昧点赞，素质非常非常棒上上一个好的酒店，不仅是住起来舒服，更多的是安心和信任。

This hotel is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
The food was excellent and reasonably priced.
Being a non Chinese speaker I needed help with everything and the staff were very eager to help and this made my experience here in this hotel so much more enjoyable.

Best hotel room in our Hainan trip. Room is new, spacious and clean. Love the double basin area! Nice river view. About 10-15mins walk to many eateries, shops and local morning market.
Staff were friendly and professional.

酒店环境很好！这是我第二次来这边了。前台服务很热情很有耐心，物美价廉。正好过来万宁出差，就直接过来这个酒店了。很安静，在哪里整个人很轻松，特别是这边的特色东山羊挺好吃的，很棒有机会还会在来。值得推荐，

看了几家差不多的，选的这家，管家和客服的服务态度很好，房间干净卫生，设施很新。这几天刮风我们选的高层风很大，总体很满意

卫生打扫的很干净，服务也是一级棒，每次进出门都有服务员亲切的问候，这点是在星级酒店都没有的体验。最棒的一点是客房服务很及时，我带着孩子，一会儿需要拖鞋一会儿要加水，叫了好几次客房服务，客房的大姐每次都很及时的送过来，而且态度很好，没有一点点不耐烦。
