出差入住，应该是瓦房店唯一的五星级酒店吧，服务态度超好，一到办理入住，前台立马递上热毛巾和热茶，晚上回去时电梯里碰巧有工作人员，听了我是上海来的，特地关照当地气候干燥，要多喝水；开门进房，床头柜上有矿泉水和杯子；第二天早上出门关照帮忙打扫下，晚上回去后发现卫生间自带的洗漱用品全部整理在一起，下面还特地垫了小毛巾……细节之处非常用心！不错，下次再来瓦房店，还会选择入住！(补充最重要的一点：WIFI超给力，视频聊天完全不卡）

晚上回来 房门打不开了。服务人员也没有办法 后来用机械钥匙才打开。这是其中的小插曲。然后就是房间有点透风。门锁也不太好

大厅门口有人迎送，感觉好像很温暖，入住两天后发现这只是表面现象。浴缸的水放不出去，洗手盆下水也不顺畅，以前我住过时晚上还送饮品和水果，现在没有了。和南方的同类酒店相比还是有差距的，门口站两个人迎送客人，他们的语言和行为让人感到不是很舒服。
