总体来说，作为一家五星级酒店，我认为该酒店的软硬件水平均未达到五星级标准。第一次入住，房间很冷，酒店解释说还没到市政供热，因此无法提供供暖，很惊讶酒店的中央空调居然不能提供供暖？其次再询问是否有电暖气时，回复说暖气都已借出，简直让我就无语了！预定的豪华大床房（无烟房），居然一进屋房间有浓烈的烟雾味道，惊讶！二次入住，由于上次离店时做了备注，这次调换了阳面的房间，且做了升级，寒冷的问题才得以解决。服务方面，感觉得出酒店工作人员是愿意提供优质服务的，但缺乏职业规范。下午点餐，选择的上午11点至晚上23点持续供餐的餐厅，居然告知厨师下班，酒店无法提供餐饮，期间还反复解释餐厅有营业时间？这个稍有酒店住宿经验的客人都会知道，凡五星级酒店，总要有一个全天提供简餐的餐厅要随时可以提供服务的，以应对客人由于各种原因错过正常餐饮时间的需求。因此，我建议酒店应提高自己的软硬件水平，希望下次再来的时候可以得到改善。
