明明在网站预订成功了，也和以前一样收到了确认短信，可是前台却说他们早就关房了，给她们看短信也说我没有预订上，真不知道是酒店还是网站的问题，反正预订完去了还是市价入住，没有享受到任何优惠。而且酒店入住楼层正在装修，也没有人提前告诉我们，上楼还以为走错了，整层楼到处都在装修，只有几间正常的房，我们的房间洗澡的淋浴也是坏的，床上还有毛发，整体像住在一个未完工的酒店。
