酒店位置比较方便，周边环境卫生一般，但酒店本身环境还可以，定位是高档型，可能是装修时间比较久了，部分设施有点不那么完美，但在同类型中总体感觉还是不错的。

地理位置好，导航一输就能到达，有免费的停车场，房间还免费赠送了小吃，免费寄存行李，房间干净，整洁，前台妹妹服务好，非常热情，很耐心的给我们介绍了附近的景点，当地的特色：火锅和小吃，适合带上家人一起入住！

我进房间感觉回到了90年代，一股霉味迎面而来，老旧的木制本，掉皮了，特别老特别旧，又贵，9几年评的4星级，用到现在就没装修过，太差了，比7天酒店都不如！前台又很拽！不要住这家！不要住这家！不要住这家！说3遍！我想给负分！！！后悔没拍照片

酒店前台接待员懒散，着装不一。房间的wife无法使用，打三个电话到前台没有人来处理。电视显示网络连接失败，无法点播。洗澡没有凉拖鞋。作为重庆老牌酒店，这样下去很快将做跨。可惜了好位置。

其实酒店给人整体感觉还是可以的，我是特意为了找一家能免费停车的酒店找到了这儿，结果，不好的感受就来了。第一，说是免费停车，然后被大门外边的保安叫我停到了一个坡坡上，然后我出去接朋友，开车出去的时候，居然找我收费，事先也不讲清楚，我还咨询过酒店人员，说的是免费停车，跟那个老大爷说不是免费停车吗？那老大爷大声一吼，意思就是这里不免费，反正就是六块钱，给了就能开门让你出去，我当时要不是急着接人，我真的想去找酒店工作人员出来理论与下。br第二，一进房间给人的感觉还是整洁干净，结果，我看到一只蟑螂在床上爬😒。反正整体还行，就是那个保安大叔那个说话的语气真的是过分！我接完朋友回来的时候强烈要求我要停到免费停车区去，才给我开了那个门。
