提前一天订房，入住当天十点到店告知大床房没有了，让给换个大床房，前台当没有听见，直接安排了一间双床房。下楼找前台反应，后面说给升级了一个大床房，十一点进房，半天空调不制热，连风都没有，问前台，回复是过一、二个小时就会有热风，直到第二天早上九点空调才制热，不要这样子骗客人好吗
