超出预期的入住体验！酒店位置超便利，周边商圈和美食一应俱全。前台服务热情高效，房间乾净得无可挑剔，床品柔软。
深夜也听不到外界噪音。衞生间乾湿分离，热水充足且水温稳定，智能马桶和大功率吹风机太加分。已经推荐给朋友，下次来还住这儿～

这次入住体验超出预期！酒店位置很好，周边餐饮购物超方便。房间乾净整洁，床品舒适得像在家一样，智能马桶和迷你吧很贴心。前台小姐姐热情专业，办理入住超快，还主动推荐了附近美食。早餐种类丰富，现做档口味道很棒。性价比超高，下次来还会选这家！

前台服务人员业务能力有待提高。2025年8月18号入住2天，20号在携程平台原房续住2天（前台直接查续住订单刷房卡即可），22号上午又在携程平台原房续住2天，酒店前台迟迟无法办理续住，理由是先要把现在的房退掉再办入住。我有些震惊，告知前台我是原房续住，各个酒店和前两天你们酒店前台都是找到我续住的订单刷一下房卡就可以了，结果前台答覆的理由是前两天系统可以，今天系统不可以。作为经常出差和每次都首选这家酒店的客人，我感到震惊，业务不熟练可以练，但你不要随便找个理由搪塞客人，体验感极差。

The rooms and location are good, but the service was a little strange. As trip.com member, I graciously received benefit of late check out. At the front desk, the reception sternly warned me even 1 min late would incur half day fee. Seems hotel is reluctant to adhere this trip.com benefit

服务很好 环境很好 硬软件都很不错 就因为生态环境太好了 看到三只小虫虫 各个地方爬。后面就反应给前台。前台也没说什么 就告诉阿姨仔细搞下卫生。 总体体验感一般

酒店是新开的，房间配套不错??，但是门口是有工地在动工，比较乱，基本遇到的服务员都是很冷漠，但网上的小姐姐很及时处理问题，客房卫生需要加强，手巾有毛发，地面毛发也较多，第二天续住也没补水等

性价比很高，房间里的洗浴产品都是ACCA KAPPA的白檀系列，很好闻！房间里的大电视可以手机投屏。附近有万达广场，吃饭也很方便。我们到店挺晚了，前台有个姓任的小伙子态度很好，还给我们升级了房型。唯一不足的就是停车场不方便。
