入住时被告知没有预定，短信不行要看网上的确认，结果大厅连不上WiFi，乌市还是3G网，一直转圈。等了一个小时，刚下长途飞机累了，加上生气，差点骂人。后来被告知是有与我重名重姓的人把房间占了，理由我难以接受。最后经理道歉升级了套房，送了水果，一想他们也不容易，原谅了。住的还可以就是大厅的WiFi各家希尔顿都是连不上。房间有按摩椅是亮点。
