It’s our first time using Atour hotels. The room is very Morden and comfortable. Tasty breakfast but the most impressive is the stuff. They are amazing! So helpful and kind. A big shout out to Zhalikaerbieke. He has been particularly service oriented and helped us with all the questions and provided efficient and practical solutions. Thanks again.

Excellent service, hotel has a laundry room that u can wash and dry your clothes. Free flow of bottled water at every level lift lobby. Very clean and high tech hotel. Highly recommend.

在新疆住的最舒适的酒店没有之一！！周边很方便，不管是商场还是吃饭，外卖都很多~出行门口就是地铁站~酒店早餐值得夸一夸，种类很丰富，酒店服务温暖~下次来新疆还会住~推荐！

免费升房了，房间很大，窗户大光线好。晚上有地暖很热，留了一个小窗户有纱窗很方便。窗户一关外面一点声音都没有了。房间里电视很大可以投屏。
离地铁站步行2.3分钟，出去玩特别方便，门口还有公交站台。附近的美食很多味道也好。
服务特别好，可以提前入住，登记入住还问了房间要求，打扫衞生的阿姨也特别负责，晚上还有免费的粥，临走前送了小礼物，外面下雨还给了热水，特别贴心
美中不足的是，花洒有点脏，衞生间的纸巾有点糙

饭店新开的柜枱服务人员热情温馨，房间打扫非常乾净没有任何灰尘！！！外面零下下雪办理入住主动提供热水热茶饮用暖手。酒店前面就是BRT与地铁站，周遭也卖很多吃的喝的也有超市跟超商。酒店离各个景点也非常近打车也方便。推一个来乌鲁木齐旅游出差必住酒店！！！赞赞赞

超赞的入住体验，细节拉满！
办入住效率超高，完全不用等～ 房间宽敞又明亮，采光特别好。在一楼洗完衣服，前台还贴心帮忙送到房间门口，也太暖心了！发票开具速度很快，省去不少麻烦。房间里的吹风机很好用，吹头发顺滑不毛躁；花洒水压超舒服，水温也恰到好处，洗个澡彻底放松下来。全程体验感满分，下次来还选这家！
