ホテル内は清洁で绮丽な建物と、広々したお部屋でアメニティもしっかりと揃っていました。夜も静かでぐっすり眠れます。朝食もバラエティは多めで美味しかったです。ただ、遅い时间に行くと品数が减っていたり、宴会のある周末だったからかお皿が无かったりしました。
立地はスフバートル広场まで15分程で不便なく行动出来ました。

2025年8月下旬に夫妇2名でモンゴルに初めて访问しました。このホテルは地球の歩き方には掲载されていませんでしたが
2023年ごろできたばかり？のホテルでとても设备が绮丽で水回りやベッドもきれいで大変満足しました。Trip.comで航空券を予约したのでその分安く宿が抑えられました。
メインのスフバートル広场までは歩いて30分はかかる距离にありますが
それを除いても満足したホテルでした。自宅のような安心感のある木のデザインで照明も素敌です。
?1阶のロビーはとてもきれいでおしゃれな地元のカフェもありますし、韩国のコンビニCUと25も真隣にあります。
?ロビーの方は日本语は通じなかったですが、どの方もとてもやさしい方でした。
?朝食会场はとてもいい雰囲気で野菜も比较的多くいい食事ができました。
?目の前には相扑殿というモンゴル相扑の竞技场がみえます。十字路になっていて常に车のクラクションが鸣り响いています。
?トイレも纸を流せます。部屋はエアコンもあります。
?水回りで1点だけ注意点があります。それはこのホテルでは赤が冷たいで青が热いでした。复数のレビューにそう书いてあったのでお汤が出ないときは试してみてください。それさえつかめば温かいお汤が常に出ます。
?この场所はミレニアムプラザモールというモールが并设していて服や日用品が売っていましたが、ほぼお客さんはいませんでした。中に少し高そうな韩国料理屋もありそこはにぎわっていました。
?ホテルの周りにごはんやがあまりない気がしました。道路の舗装がはがれている场所はたくさんあるのでそこは注意しながら行くと良い。

Отель понравился. Особенно огромная кровать. Номер уютный, есть все необходимое. Из окна было видно знаменитый Bluesky, завтраки вкусные.
В целом хороший вариант для размещения.

Отель находится в 20 мин от главной площади, пешком прогуляться в удовольствие. Проживание понравилось, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Все отлично!

正面赞赏的只有，房间非常整洁，地点方便，酒店楼下已经有便利店及咖啡厅。相反，需要留意的问题比较多。
只因为同一星期也有预订Airbnb作住宿比较。真的认为此住宿无论价钱服务甚或基本设施也完全算不上4星酒店，只是有24小时员工而已。连民宿可以提供的，这酒店也比不上。
入住四天期间遇到以下问题，希望之后嘅旅客好好考虑：
1. 入住当日职员安排了错的房间，所以换房两次。去了第二间房间后，职员尾随告知这房间有别的住客预订了因此我们不能使用，所以要求我们再转房。到第三间房间后，又因房间电灯短路问题折腾了好一会儿。
2. 4日3夜, 3人入住只得1卷已使用了一半的厕所纸巾，也不要紧。因本以为只得4天入住，所以不需要员工来房间清洁。打算晚上向前台索取，却因晚上不是housekeeping时间被拒绝。这真的令我十分质疑，此住宿真的是酒店吗？
3. 中午因房间冷气不足，致电前台询问，是否又是电力短路作怪。后职员到来态度差，未有任何解释，只给予一句it's work后拿走了遥控便离去。
4. 早餐供应不足，职员也不会理会，明白只有两个职员是比较辛苦。但7am-10am的早餐，07:50左右告知职员也不会补给。8:30am后来的客人只能饮1杯热茶便离开。如果早餐时段08:30am后是不会补给，希望酒店列明，免得食客比钱买早餐，最后只得一杯热茶。
5. 致电前台要求浴巾时，态度更是令人眼前一亮，因语言不通，直接挂线。
6. 房间写明有风筒，但很可惜是没有的。
希望平台可以帮忙反应，4星酒店服务未如理想。如果酒店是有那么多的规则，希望清楚表明。如房间物品酒店未能提供是没关系，但希望于网页清楚列明服务细节，免得出现这次的情况。

I booked a 2-night stay, but after just one night and one morning here, I feel the need to share my experience.
I was really looking forward to the hotel breakfast after days of traveling on the outskirts. However, despite paying for a breakfast buffet, I wasn’t given any choice of what to eat. The only option served included bacon, beef sausage and sunny side ups, which all of the above could be an issue for guests with dietary restrictions. When I asked about alternatives, the staff were unhelpful—even though the restaurant was nearly empty with only two tables occupied.
Communication was also frustrating. I understand there may be a language barrier, so we used a translation app to clearly request coffee creamer and butter. Even then, we ended up with four black coffees and no butter. When I asked for tomato sauce, I was given warm tomato pasta sauce instead. Small issues, but they added up to a frustrating experience.
If you’re only looking for a place to sleep, this hotel might be fine. But if you expect good service and attention to detail, it may not meet expectations. A hotel stay can make or break a trip, and for a four-star hotel, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider Millennium Hotels in general.
To make matters worse, after I raised my complaint, the hotel agreed to refund my breakfast. However, they insisted I bear their platform and marketing fees on Trip.com, so it wasn’t a full refund. Lolol. I would have gladly paid 100% for my breakfast if it was what I had actually paid for. Yet, when the hotel is at fault, they refuse to take 100% responsibility and still expect to avoid any loss.
Looking back, I wish I had listened to my friend’s recommendation and booked the Kempinski Khan Hotel instead.
