位距離深圳灣口岸有點遠， 但打車得方便。
酒店房間有點舊， 隔音不太好，電視音量比較大時產生牆壁震動的聲音， 住12樓在晚上也聽到車聲， 花灑水壓不足。
房間的確比較大和寬敞。

房间发霉、灯光昏暗、装修看起来跟改革开放同龄了。设施说有健身房，结果去了还没客房大，两台跑步机全都泛黄了，履带破损跑起来打滑。客房房间有蚊子却找不到蚊香，问前台工作人员知不知道有蚊子，说知道，再问蚊香，工作人员才说给房间送一个。这么贵的酒店，服务、装修、早餐差到让人发指。
