枕水酒店真的太好了，因为带孩子玩所以选择在景区里面的酒店。酒店在西栅风景区里占地面积很大，服务态度很好，在酒店内都可以给孩子拍照，室内室外的泳池都很赞，可惜孩子有点咳嗽无法游泳，孩子说明年再去玩。孩子和先生也非常喜欢这个酒店。真的是物有所值。

酒店的位置在西栅景区的中区，非常好，我们逛累了还可以休息下。值得一提的是酒店的服务，太棒了，国庆期间这么多住客，还能打电话通知我们可以入住了，入住时还带我们到酒店房间。对景区活动也是解释的很到位清楚，感谢！

酒店非常大，有不同的房型。定了民宿，延着石板路，推门而入，楼上楼下有三间房，我们这间被安排是临湖的，床也是美得不要不要哦。楼下是个公共区域，可以喝茶聊天打牌。
因为提前说是来过生日的，酒店总经理特地写了贺卡，并准备了小蛋糕。床也是特别布置的，好惊喜。
早餐是自助的，中西都有。酒店服务一流，会推荐给朋友。

酒店设施齐全，横跨在景区中区的边上，占地面积很长，所以酒店设置了两个前台，因为我们选择枕水客房，所以安排我们是东面的前台接待入住，很小。另一个就是高大尚的前台，早餐也在大前台边上，早餐还是可以，下次会再选择这家酒店。

两家人出游定的套房，四个房间，老人小孩都能住。酒店在西栅还算okay。整个景区服务和l规化都不差，可以再来。
