2015年第二届世界互联网大会举办期间，马云和马化腾就是入住于此。这里临水而居，清静典雅，推窗即是柔美的小镇景致。服务也是很好，还要夸夸碧波廊餐厅，菜品味美，价格公道。

一进酒店古香古色很有味道，但一推開房門就开始失望，房間非常小。因此总体性价比不高。西柵风景是不錯，可文化內涵太少，而体验到服務非常好，工作人员，船員，酒店人员等非常热心热情，也使我们忽略房間小，忽略了其他。更甚走的時候遇一帅哥幫忙拿行李，又幫叫出租車，感動人心，又想下次再來了，王小龙先生，謝謝你！
