Location is great, not far from the entrance and surrounded by many restaurants. The only thing that need to be improved is the hair dryer. There’s only hot air which makes the hair too dry.

这次入住2晚：房间很大很舒服：离西栅景区入口处走路十分钟以内就会到：旁边就有便利商店和餐馆吃饭很方便早餐也不错

酒店就在乌镇西栅旁，走路就能到，位置真的很方便。房间乾净整洁，住得还算舒服。还免费帮我们升级了大房。唯一小小的不足是洗澡水有点偏小，其余都还可以。

服务人员态度很好 离西栅景区很近 但饭店设施看得出来有点老旧 只是房价真的便宜 就不太要求了！
附近有包车去杭州的 其实也蛮便宜的 有要去杭州的朋友可以考虑

客房服务人员工作态度10分热情，工作很认真，衞生打扫得非常乾净，每天的一次性消耗品补充的也非常及时，前台的工作人员服务态度更是热情，任何问题都能得到解决，很满意的酒店，离想去的地方都很近，出门什么都有对面的特产店也都很好，老板推荐一家还不贵，特酿的花酒特别好喝还给邮寄

酒店房间很乾净没有异味,位置很近西栅景区,距离大巴站亦只要5分钟路程,相当方便,食肆亦有好多选择,设施有洗衣机两部,但只有一部乾衣机,能够多一部就最理想,工作人员服务态度一般

1、先説服务：二星的水平，比民宿好处在于能找到人。但基本爱答不理，洗漱用品也不提醒就是不给，还不送上楼需要下来自取。
2、停车：提车极其不便，需要绕一大圈到停车场。停车场还不是24h开放的。稍晚了就进不去。
3、早餐：除了喝点白粥，其他基本无法下咽。春卷硬邦邦咬不烂！花生米时间久了都是有霉味，蛋挞都能做到咬不动没谁了！油条更没法吃，全是麪很厚的麪咬不烂就是咬不烂。
4、早餐需要现煮的食物，如麪条之类的是在后厨提供，不在餐厅正厅提供！
5、要两个袋子装物品，都是超市的塑料袋，又小又薄。
