酒店前台服务态度比较差，问什么问题都有推诿扯皮的感觉。此外，起早退房的时候，两个大厅，两个前台，不在一个地方，我在其中一个等了很久都没有人给结账，很影响出门时间。客人并不知道这个前台是没有人的，也不知道另外一个前台需要走到另外一个大厅，无人问津，差评。

酒店的保安主动帮我寻找停车位，停好车门前的礼宾非常热情，主动帮我拿行李，前台的服务人员和蔼可亲，服务专业，态度热情。不愧是高档酒店，非常满意。
