  房间超棒 ，温泉超优 ，泡完通体舒畅，至少泡了4次，不过户外温泉就不行，温度太低了！ 酒店前台戴眼镜的美女，服务超优让我们宾至如归！

  Apart from the slow check-in, everything was good. The spa area has many hot-tubes, inside and outside. Pool for kids and small kids looked very nice too. Foodcourt good. Hotelrooms clean, bed comforrable. Walk to the ski lift about 400-500m

  非常差，在通化，1066一晚属于高消费了，结果房间是密不透风的，给前台反应以后，説天窗没法打开，空调不能使用，只能把地暖关了，让我们开着门通风，因为晚了孩子都睡了，没有再折腾换房问题，第二天去前台反馈，经理态度非常差，説我当时怎么不反馈，説没办法只能给我换房，我説我还有两个小时就退房了，他説那你想怎么办，只能换房。这么大的酒店，服务意识和态度非常差劲，极其不专业。那个房间毫不夸张的説，如果心肺功能不好，一晚上都容易窒息，出现安全事故，为了赚钱一点也不考虑游客。万达滑雪场不香么，如果大家为了滑雪还是去长白山西坡万达吧，不论是雪场还是酒店服务都比这里好太多了，性价比也合理。

  来滑雪订了两个酒店，和五洲皇冠面对面，价格比五洲还略贵一点，但和五洲不是一个档次，鹿鸣就是泡温泉的，感觉酒店是附带的，所以前台就像个小宾馆一样，电梯也是一两百小旅馆的小电梯。房间里面还可以，重点是带一个泡池，没有去温泉大池子，就在房间泡了也很不错的。早餐去五洲吃，所以除了外表不咋地，其实还是可以的，毕竟可以享受五洲的公共空间，反正很近，想要房间泡温泉的选这个也不错。

  送的正餐还挺好吃的，酒店设施很好，预订部服务很好，特别是mango小姐姐给处理问题。解决客人的需求。度假区滑雪特别棒！体验感超级好！！
