是我住过最豪华的酒店，帮助开车门和酒店门的服务员态度非常好，随叫随到到服务也很贴心。天津的丽思卡尔顿酒店位于最繁华的市中心－和平区，建筑也是非常壮观的。房间内设施齐全，每天赠送很多瓶高档矿泉水，卫生间的镜子里是电视，让我们很惊喜。相当奢华的一次体验，给我们留下了深刻的印象。

带两个孩子和妈妈来天津过周末，很庆幸选择了丽思。天津站打车过来10分钟，订的高级行政套，入住时被升级到卡尔顿套房，位于酒店正中，房间很大，窗外景色不错。酒店安排的婴儿床小宝睡得很舒服，大宝在帐篷里自己睡，互不影响。行政酒廊的服务不错，几顿餐包括早餐都是在行政酒廊用的，因为毕竟带着孩子，比起食物的种类我更看重人少环境不嘈杂不拥挤。感谢Ivan YANG周到的照顾。建议儿童设施和餐饮水平可以再完善提高。下次入住会直接选择卡尔顿套！

酒店位置很好，步行可至河边还有旁边的海信广场。行政楼层服务不错，亲和力足够。订的套房，入住后酒店还为孩子准备了帐篷，小朋友很喜欢，晚上会乖乖自己睡帐篷，大人也正好可以安枕无忧。酒店虽然有些年头但维护的还算不错。和澳门的丽思卡尔顿相比，酒店的餐食稍显逊色，早餐选择比较少口味也一般，餐厅服务员不够。但总体来说还是很好的选择，下次去天津还会选这家。
