中午12点刚到酒店查不到订单信息，酒店前台接待服务态度不好，爱理不理的，感觉对同程客户很不重视，第一感觉不好。不过后来和网站沟通，解决了问题。酒店整体环境还是不错的，估计就遇到的那个服务员态度不好吧！当时有点影响心情，不过都是小事，好评吧！

带小孩去眼科医院看病。飞机晚点五个小时到酒店，酒店通过携程办了延期，还不错。但是刚一进去就通知电力检修，要停电，还好，酒店考虑周到，给了很多手电筒。房间设施有一些部分问题，但是维修人员很快到场并解决。酒店整体服务到位，环境卫生，交通便利。关键还比*程便宜，*程价格不地道，服务还不到位
