  7楼的房间不行，后来换到11楼明显好多了，酒店服务人员很好，就是希望保洁阿姨能认真点，总体还是不错的。

  显示为五星级，实际不敢恭维。 衞生有点差，关键服务员很不屑。 小乔新系统不成熟，上至工程师下至服务员都不会用。导致夜里全部灯平均每一小时灯光自动爆亮一次。

  酒店周边有公交站也有地铁站，出行还是挺方便的，周边就餐购物地方也很多，去各个景点也很近。大厅小范非常热情地接待，服务非常好，整体感觉不错。

  首先地理位置得天独厚，走着就能去小白楼，五大道，其次，外观非常漂亮，离老远就看见这栋金灿灿的大楼了，打车到时候师傅都説这个酒店很有名。虽然受年代限制，房间硬件有些年纪感，但软件都很好，衞生和细节都不错。特别是服务态度很好，临走时还送了小马伴手礼和小麻花，宾至如归的感觉，性价比超高??

  来天津中转了一下，因为太晚了，就随手订了一个距离景点都比较近的酒店，入住比较晚，所以倒头就睡了。整体感觉非常舒适，这个价格非常之实惠，甚至实惠到让我觉得有点不真实。这个位置也挺好的，步行到地铁站只需要几分钟 。我是从机场打车过来的，距离适中，但是距离高铁站坐地铁半个多月小时就到。本来打算是早起去周围溜达溜达，没想到床意外的为舒适，然后就是我睡着了（嗯）下次再来天津还会来体验贵酒店的，较为不错，值得我这次好评！ 小范招待的超级好，让人在大冷天心里都暖暖的orz非常之不错的一次旅程！

  酒店周边很方便，出行也很便利，大厅小范很热情，服务很周到，值得表扬鼓励。酒店距离五大道景区很近，附近还有海河景区，晚上海河的夜景很美。

  酒店周边环境挺好的，出行方便，附近有地铁站和公交站，景点挺多的，五大道、瓷房子、南市食品街、古文化街，这些景区都不远，大厅小范服务很不错，待客真诚周到，挺满意的。
