去天津听相声和吃狗不理包子，连住了两天，从天津站坐地铁到营口道 出来后顺着南京路一直走，大约15分钟。酒店前面是第五大道公园，酒店出来向南过马路就是第五大道风景区，从酒店出来向右后方，顺着河北路走，15分钟就到瓷房子，滨江路步行街，酒店位置闹中取静，周边环境特别好。

房间总体来説还可以的，装修风格感觉明快浅色调，显得乾净温馨，住了两个晚上，感觉挺安静的，可能隔音不错，也可能住客都素质高。距离五大道是真的近啊，这个地理位置绝对是好。为使贵酒店更好，吐槽一下维护，1、进门的瓷砖出现了空鼓，踩上去嘎吱嘎吱的声音。2、洗澡间的门下挡水石断裂缺少，致使洗澡时水溢出来，而洗澡间的外面没有地漏，地面上全是水。这两个问题从服务员的説法来看已经不是新问题了，可能房间一直供不应求，实在没有时间维护，但是磨刀不误砍柴工嘛。

来天津旅游，选择住在天津友谊宾馆，住在这里给了我很大的惊喜，宾馆位置非常赞，过马路就是五大道，去瓷房子，滨江路，劝业场，小白楼，西开教堂都步行可达，房间乾净整洁，床品舒服，窗外景致非常棒，特别喜欢前台美女陈爽，她热情细致，特意为我们老年人安排了向阳的房间，窗外景色一流，本打算住三天的，由于我自身的原因提前返程，陈爽积极的帮我们安排退房退费，帮我们及时解决了问题，让我们安心返程，在这里为酒店能培养出像陈爽这么好的员工表示感谢！
