酒店房间宽带不好使，往总台反映，说要晚上10点钟以后来才能人修，怕影响休息，让第2天上午修，总台答应了；可是第2天一整天也没修。再问总服务台，她们却说是旧的，都不好使搪塞了一番。始终没有给我们维修！

酒店干净卫生，地理环境好，处于市中心。酒店人员服务态度很好，当时开车去西安乘飞机，酒店服务人员热心把车存在后院里，而且免费。在这里住过好多次了，所有工作人员都很敬业，下次还来住。
