一家四口来天津玩，选择了这家酒店，饭店后果然没有失望，非常棒的酒店，适合一家人度假。酒店位置也非常好，房间很大很干净，设施齐全，还有健身房和儿童游乐室，孩子非常喜欢，下次还会来住！

此次入住公寓整体感觉很好。有一些小细节希望改进。房间很宽敞，我们预定的两居室，入住时告知没有房，更换为三居室，很高兴的带着孩子去了房间。但房间中有一间门是锁上的，孩子很失望，打电话问前台，告知锁上的房间是书房。如是这样安排，希望前台提前告知。第2天，服务员专门敲门问，是否退房，如退房早点退。感觉很不好。希望改进。
