I arrived later in the evening, and was helped to check in (Tanslator on the phone) staff seemed friendly enough, organised an early morning call for me and the shuttle to the airport, so I didn't see the breakfast area as it wasn't yet open.
I would choose this hotel again if needed

The hotel is located close to the Tianjin Airport.
Our room’s AC wasn’t working and we could not change the room as the front desk person was not able to understand English. When we informed the front desk about the problem with the AC, we were given a Fan. We wish we could get refund for the room. Also there were few mosquitoes in the room.

The hotel is neat and aimple. But receptjon Amy helps me to arrange shuttle bus service 5am giving her 5 stars for busy biz travellers. Great service make it difference ?? ??

Decent place that is great for what it is. An airport hotel, quiet, regular shuttle buses to airport, adequate breakfast and competent staff. fast check-in/out. Would stay here again.

I spent one night at this hotel to catch flight next morning, hotel staff were not very friendly, the room's door was hard to open with the key, tapped many times there was no reaction, think the key is not properly connected to the door. The service and facilities need to improve.

I would like to mention the receptionist 王亚南 who help us ordered some food during our 1 night stay as we arrived quite late at around 10pm. We do not have the ** app as we are not local. If not for her, we will go hungry the whole night. Thank you very much. ??????

breakfast was terrible. coffee machine not working. cleaning personnel slowly. refill of milk not done. no other drinks except hot water. bed and room dirty and dusty.
