这是我住过***旗下最最最差的酒店，隔音效果堪比公厕隔板，夜里12:45楼道里连续三声巨大相声惊醒，早上7:45同样巨大响声惊醒，隔壁语音助手贴墙放大，不知是给哪个房间听的，楼下还有临街音响，感觉那玻璃只是用来放风。房间门槛高的离谱，旅行箱从阻尼极高的楼道拉进去费死劲。房间里一股残留的味道，以前觉得入住找***至少不会踩坑，现在让我对***重新审识了

I booked the suite room as I usually do. The room wasn’t ready. Check in was scheduled for 14:00 but my room only became available at 19:00. It seems to be a trend at the hotel. The room is seemingly available when you book but when you arrive it’s a different story. The reason being is that it’s the only the room with a bathtub. The hotel compensated by placing us in a temporary room for the 5 hours . The staff at the front desk is friendly. Their manager seemingly speaks conversational English able to facilitate the check in well enough. The rooms are clean.

This was our second visit to the same hotel. We had been waiting for our room quite a while cuz it was not ready upon check in. However it didn’t affect our mood during the stay. This location is really convenient. Recommend for short trip.

My stay at Atour Hotel was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby until departure the hotel staff made sure I felt welcome. The rooms are clean and I’d recommend this to anyone.
