  错峯出行，酒店人不多，很安静，酒店设施挺到位的，私汤泡着很舒服。管家Suki很早就联系我，了解我的需求，也都贴心安排好了交通等等，很满意。

  恰逢五一长假，和家人来腾冲选了腾冲悦榕庄，环境优美，服务态度非常满意，工作人员及时来接送我们到大堂和客房，尤其Suki的服务态度真的特别好，下次来还会选择悦榕庄

  这次选了腾冲悦榕庄三晚连住的套餐，体验真的很棒。我们的航班是在比较远的芒市机场落地，酒店依然安排了免费接机，非常贴心，要知道这边的大多数酒店只包含了腾冲驼峯机场的接送机服务。这家悦榕庄同样品质在线，设施、衞生、服务、餐饮都非常好。酒店依山傍水，窗外就是一片葱翠和潺潺溪水，适合放慢脚步、放松心情，沉浸其中。房间包含了温泉私汤，午后或者傍晚，放水泡汤特别惬意。明月餐厅的早餐中西合璧，还提供了当地特色的饮品，还有饵丝、米线、稀豆粉等小吃，出品水准很不错。中间一晚还享用了连住套餐包含的“油灯鸡”，餐食的搭配合理、丰富，每样都好吃，两个人吃到撑。出行之前，管家 Mia 小解就已经联系到我们，协助安排了包括接机、入住、餐饮等一切相关事宜，非常贴心。酒店非常大气，minibar 免费且每日补齐消耗，果盘和夜点也是每日更新，离店的时候还赠送了悦榕庄小乌龟玩偶。

  不愧是悦榕庄，顶流奢华。管家和前台给升级了房间，入住房间时看到有带有客人姓名的问候卡很亲切，温泉水质好，泡池大配有沙发和淋浴间，池边放有玫瑰花瓣，温馨浪漫。早餐丰盛，管家suki小周服务贴心，退房时帮着提行李，小小的个子提着大箱子看着不忍，一直送至门口祝福道别。
