当天可能是有会议 周围酒店爆满 临时入住 给升级到大床房 很是特别 一个房价2张大床还真第一次遇到 早餐好像是外包的 不怎么好

非常差的酒店,到店后安排入住的房间简直就是蒸笼,房间温度高达40度,询问后的回复是房间晒了一天温度是这样的,我们酒店也没有办法,难道这就是酒店的服务吗? 既然你们酒店知道晒了一天房间会有高温度,为何不能为旅客考虑提前开好空调让房间温度降温呢? 经过要求安排更换了一间房间,但是仍然是噩梦,房间的空调开启后的产生的噪音比拖拉机的声音还响,根本无法承受入住,再次要求更换房间,回复是只能安排4楼的房间,房间温度不知道,如果酒店的管理连客房的情况都不了解,这样的酒店如何能够让人放心的入住.
