酒店就是服务性行业，使顾客感到亲切、舒适这才是一个好的服务，因为衣服扣子掉了，打电话给前台工作人员，前台的经理马上就让客服服务员送了一个针线包过来，第一时间解决了问题，真是一次不错的体验，房间干净，设施齐全，花这个价钱住四星 ，也是很值的。
