前台写着4星级酒店，可是服务等等我觉得并没有做到4星该有的服务！我是连续入住了4天，第一天感觉还好，除了卫生间的帘子是脏脏的以外，第二天中午学习之后，12点多客房都没有打扫。晚上回来发现打扫了，但是，浴室连洗头发掉的头发都没有清理，洗手盆和浴室下水特别不好，冲个澡时间长点我估计都能游泳了！玻璃上沾有类似鼻屎的东西，很恶心！！看着4星酒店才入住的，让我失望了！
每天用的浴巾并没有换新，
