  2月10日入住的2007号房，隔天退房遗留了1件衬衫，客房打电话告知过我，我今天2月14日路过椒江去拿，总台打电话找了半天说找不到，我急着要赶火车没办法空手而归，五星级酒店的管理如此混乱，大跌眼镜。
