做为资深携程、艺龙用户，这么久以来没给过一个差评，但这家酒店特别想吐槽一下，不知道是针对我们外地人还是针对艺龙等网络订房方式，明显店大欺客。
首先酒店没有一丝丝人情味，特别经理级别的，说确认后是不能取消，规定是死的，但人是活的，早上8点订了4个房间刚确认房间才半小时这边行程有变，需要取消其中1间，跟酒店申请后说一旦确认不能取消，没有商量的余地，爱咋地咋地，开门做生意顾客就是上帝，这整个就是我就是不给你沟通，你爱找谁找谁。
行，多花1间房钱无所谓，认了
其次，为什么介绍里面的房间是高档型的，可最后入住却安排成了图五、图六房间，打电话质问酒店，工作人员却说这个房间就是图片上的，跟你选的一样，这是在嘲笑我的智商还是当我好说话，我要求更换成图三图四的房间，被告知说房间紧张，看是否能调，不能调只能住安排的这种房间，我提前1天预订很快给确认了，不给留下好的房间，把最差的留给网络客户，不知道到底是几个意思，最后到前台说不能调换就给退房，这时候却说有房间可以调
希望艺龙平台能高度重视这种房间图片介绍和真实房间不一致的情况，让网络订房客户不上当受骗，让我们消费者能够真正订到高性价比的酒店。
