位置优越交通便利，离山西大学近步行几分钟就走到了。酒店设施齐全，房间乾净整洁，住得很舒服。前台人员小张服务很好，很主动，热情，个人觉得性价比蛮高。

挺不满意的，店家对於前面的差评根本就不做回应，投影坏的地漏也是坏的
整体位置也比较偏僻，不知道电竞房设备怎麽样，但是普通的房间的话还是不要选这家酒店，周围有很多比这家其实要好一些，
前台服务态度还可以，但处理效率不行

地理位置超棒，距离机场和高铁站都不远，打车很方便。
设施：非常满意，自动刷脸开门，真的太方便了~外卖机器人到达後，是小度通报（不是电话铃声，真的非常nice）！
