前台就没什么服务，一点服务意识没有，在房间里看实话实说，酒店的卫生和设施没话说。出门前特意看了一下窗外，外面没有下雨，出门突然下雨了，家人门口等着就问了一下前台有没有雨伞，前台服务员说没有，我看了一眼，看到一把伞，我就说了一句这不有一把吗，他说是别人的，你去房间拿，每个房间都有，我说回房间不起耽误时间吗？有伞也不借给我，就让我回去拿，酒店只有一个电梯，耽误时间，他们没有任何反应和歉意！

前台又有主动打电话说帮忙延时至两点。
我不知道是因为她们看到了我之前的评价。
还是真的如他所说，上午接听电话的人是一个新人。他不清楚。(我想不清楚，就不会给我延到13点吧)
怎么说呢，没有不满。只是觉得在不影响其他客人入住又能给现有客人提供方便的情况下。建议酒店可以灵活一下。
