  以为是新酒店，原来就是原来的碧桂园凤凰酒店！。一如碧桂园的一贯风格，座落于与市中心有点距离的半山，环境静谧，内部也乾净整洁，房间宽敞，平台很大，泡池也在平台但私密性较差……

  多年前住过，当年叫碧桂园…酒店。现在大堂设施商业完善了，比当年的售楼处强多了。 设施：挺全的，还不错。就是房间号有点乱不好找。 衞生：这个还可以。 环境：挺方便，停车也方便。 服务：态度挺好的。

  硬件 洒店基本设施俱好，房间宽敞，入住时夹万已上锁，要高级职员开启，不知道是否酒店政策。房间电动窗帘开关、也是装饰而没有用，是维修问题或其他原因则不得而知。我们洗衣经验凸显酒店洗衣服设施要大大改进。首先在3楼洗衣房所谓智能洗衣机，容量少，一点都不智能，使用按钮一点也不清晰，按错的话，连打开机也不能。自动烘干显示要5小时以上，而且不可以中断，洗衣房也没有电话，要下楼找服务员，服务员也一知半解。总之，我们花了4小时洗及乾，另外我们用了3小时烘乾一条牛仔裤，我们很累，索性把牛仔裤在机内过夜。我们在其他酒店用分体洗和烘机，没有所谓智能也没有这样经历。 服务 前格服务员有礼，细心。其他员工礼貌有待改进，早上迎面而来一句早安也没有。 地点 适中，打车方便。

  房间不错，面积挺大，有阳台。 衞生：乾净 环境: 环境不错， 服务很好，热情，周到，感谢！送了欢迎水果。
