首先我们是因为去旅行提前订的房，刚到酒店因为太热所以开了一会的空调，半个小时左右我们就出去逛街了，（我们是关了空调和电才出去的。）结果回来的时候发现空调滴了很多水，我们就打电话投诉了，结果阿姨进来就说我们的错，说我们开着窗户开空调肯定会漏水，我们当时入住时并没检查窗户是打开的，可是我觉得漏水与我开窗并没有什么关系。阿姨的态度真不好！第二天出门前我们还发现空调还在漏水，到前台顺便说了一下，我们晚上回酒店时发现卡打不开房门，问了一下，服务员说我们没有到前台刷过房卡所以开不了，我们在广州和佛山，或者四川住酒店都没有每天刷房卡这种的，我们在前台说了一下，结果服务员还说是我们没问，其他都这样的！？还有我们住的房间花洒是漏水的！卫生阿姨的态度非常的不好，感觉我欠了她很多钱似的。（这次的旅行唯一最差的就是酒店不好，体验很差）垃圾！！！
