Incredible nice and awesome staff - the bellboys, front desk, management, and housekeeping are absolutely wonderful :) location is excellent to explore neighborhoods with great food and coffee, cafes and bakeries :)

The decor looks a little dated and old especially compared to other 5 star hotel we have stayed in (Grand Hyatt). But the room is spacious and clean. And the price is just right. We got the city view, a small extra but we think it’s worth it compared to the interior view. Location is great, a short walk from the MRT station.

Excellent guest service from the front desk and bellhop. The room was old but it was well maintained and very clean. Location was superb as it was close to a 7-eleven convenience store, Sogo department store and the subway. Different buses also go by this hotel.

这次入住台北福华饭店，整体体验算是相当不错，也能明显感受到这间饭店多年累积下来的底蕴与历史感。早就知道福华是台北相当具代表性的老字号饭店之一，实际入住后，更能理解它为何能屹立这么多年。
饭店外设有户外平面停车场，对于自行开车前来的旅客来说相当方便，不需要绕来绕去找停车位。走进饭店大厅，第一印象就是空间宽敞、气派，挑高设计让人感觉很舒适，不会有压迫感。接待柜台的服务人员态度亲切、流程也相当顺畅，整体服务品质维持在不错的水准。
饭店整体装潢属于偏复古典雅风格，确实能看得出岁月的痕迹，但并不会让人觉得老旧，反而多了一份沉稳与安心感。这次入住的是较一般的房型，房间空间算是适中，不会过于宽敞，但基本机能齐全，整洁度也维持得很好，住起来相当舒适。
整体而言，台北福华饭店虽然不是走新颖时尚路线，但在服务、地点与住宿品质上都相当稳定，是一间让人住得安心、也愿意再回访的老牌饭店。
