作為一名常客，我本身絕對不會再去住這家旅店，也會向周邊的親朋好友告知，同時，至少我們這個家庭的人不會再入住這家旅店。雖然前台服務人員們都非常親切並且負責任，但是房間非常的小，而且旅店老闆是非常沒有愛心的人。
預定24號入住一晚，20號晚上突然被告知家中養了15年多的寶貝突然病危，從20號開始和藝龍工作人員聯繫，藝龍工作人員非常積極也一直和旅店聯繫退房或者延期入住事宜，後來通知說要提供旅店醫院出具的病危通知，隔天21號早上七點的飛機趕回上海直奔醫院看寶貝，也立即向醫院要了病危證明並提供給旅店，之後旅店老闆回覆說我們沒有在三天以外提出要求（我們在20號當天就聯繫旅店了），並且還說：「按照法律，動物不是家人」。
我本來也和藝龍工作人員說明，這麼臨時的事情我也不太奢望旅店一定能退款，只是試著看看能否申請退款，實在不行能否延遲入住，沒有想到旅店老闆的回覆是這麼冷血。
同行程21號至24號定了其他四星級的酒店，當天申請的退房，酒店不僅同意退房還回覆我表示遺憾。只能說一樣的事情看出兩種人的做法，這麼冷血無情沒有愛心的人所開的旅店，我是不會再去住了。我也要感謝藝龍的工作人員晚上還幫我處理還打氣，謝謝！
