酒店位置非常方便，房間也大，最喜歡房間內除了桑拿房還有蒸氣房超好，當然浸溫泉亦非常好，完全放鬆心情放假。酒店早餐簡單但食物新鮮、好食。酒店職員又非常有善。外出用膳都方便，有很多選擇，呢幾間食店都好食。

24小時前台服務，櫃檯服務員人很親切，但大眾池的服務員就還好... 房間蠻大的也很乾淨，美中不足的是房間的浴池有點小，雙人房浴池應該也要可以容納兩個人吧？還有凌晨時房間居然飄來煙味，雖然服務員後來有解釋因為廁所排氣孔是整層樓流通的所以應該是因為別的房間有人偷抽煙才導致這種事發生，也有告訴我們解決方法，但當下聞到還是覺得感受很不好，味道真的很重！
整體來說還不錯，但這個價格和品質總覺得不成正比，希望可以繼續改進！

新北投捷运车站出来正对面7-11后面，交通便利，应该是真的温泉，一定去看看地热谷，很近哦，看境不用钱

新北投的天玥泉酒店，捷运站出来对面7仔后边100米内就是了！大堂宽敞～服务态度很好～！房间内有独立温泉池，随时自己可以放温泉水！洗澡间还可以放桑拿蒸汽出来～意外呢！！～洗浴用品全部密封有牌子有生产日期，很正规！景点外步行五分钟就是温泉博物馆，地热谷～这个一定要去看看，壮观！仙境一样～去阳明山也很方便，有公车直达！
