服务态度很好，前台姐姐很漂亮，一家三人下飞机到酒店已经凌晨了，看我们带了一个孩子，免费升级三人房，非常感谢??。第二天出行问路，前台也是仔细回答，生怕我们走错路还替我们考虑费用，很用心。早餐中规中矩，豆浆是冲调的不太喜欢。房间不算大也够用了，马桶是智能的很舒服。瑕疵就是浴缸打扫的不是很干净，有头发。

房型自动升级是不错，可是我只有一个人入住，给升家庭房，比较尴尬，干瞪着两张大床…家庭房的浴室貌似是小朋友浴缸加成人淋浴间，也是尴尬…交通是便利的，一路公交二十分钟可到台北车站，步行十分钟可到西门町，到中正纪念堂也可以步行去。下午三点以后才能入住，略不开心。总体来说算是实惠的台湾五星吧
