是黑店吗？办入住的时候说是交押金预授权，一千多，结果后来看账单是直接扣款了，离店的时候说给撤销预授权，到现在已经九天了，还没有退款。广发卡就算非内地，退款也是三个工作日到账的，在日本刚退过一笔。在香港酒店的预授权也是根本不会扣款，就是预授权，而且离店当日就撤销了。现在投诉客服说等二十个工作日，请问谁有过这样的酒店经历？！我住个酒店要被你们扣一千多扣一个月？！！
